A successful debut: 1st Internal Sales Meeting

For the first time, colleagues from the German and Export Internal Sales teams came together in this setting with the sales managers of both departments and the senior management team outside their usual working environment in the state capital, Düsseldorf.🤝

The focus was on sales and product-specific topics, group work, presentations and interactive tasks. This involved not only discussion but also practical work and putting specialist knowledge to the test.

In addition to the technical content, the two days offered one thing above all else: the opportunity to exchange ideas across departments, learn from one another and grow even closer as a team. 💡

The conference was rounded off by a joint social programme: from a visit to the “50 Years of Roncalli” anniversary show to a close with good food in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

The unanimous conclusion of all those involved: constructive, informative and a complete success. A repeat is expressly desired. 😊
