The plastic polyurethane (PU) is used for a wide range of applications because of its excellent material properties. These properties include low weight with high strength, long durability and resistance to moisture. That is why we also use PU for our castors. But we were not satisfied with these advantages. We wanted to further optimise the already excellent material in order to make our transport castors andheavy-duty castors even better suited for the tough continuous use by our customers. With Besothane, a new polyurethane compound, we have achieved this goal.

Running and manoeuvrability
Thanks to the optimised surface, even heavy loads can be steered easily and precisely with Besothane castors. This makes turning manoeuvres and negotiating tight curves a success. The positive material properties also reduce noise and protect sensitive floor coverings.

Over long distances, the energy loss is immense, even with polyurethane rollers. The result: operators have to apply more force. Besothane puts an end to this thanks to a significantly reduced running resistance and ensures improved continuous operation.

Our transport castors and heavy duty castors made of Besothane score with a hardness of 83+/-3 Shore A. Even under load and with long standing times, no deformation occurs. In addition, the high abrasion resistance is convincing all along the line: Besothane castors run without leaving a trace.
Resistant to oils, greases & chemicals
