BS-eTec-trolley-systems Moving goods, loads etc. more easily and efficiently than ever before - BS-eTec makes it possible. We have used our high-performance drive technology as the basis for designing not only the system for retrofitting, but also complete trolley systems for our customers. Our range currently comprises eight trolleys with different dimensions and features. As a manufacturer, we also contribute our established expertise in customised product development.

Push-bar trolley
The push-bar trolley is made of robust tubular steel (Ø 26,9 x 1,75 mm) and offers an open loading surface as well as optional end panels made of MDF with an attractive beech finish for flexible transport. The combination of swivel castors and powered fixed castors, with TPE and PU tyres, ensures optimum manoeuvrability and stability. The design is rounded off perfectly with a powder coating in bright RAL 5010 gentian blue.

Bulkhead trolley
The end wall trolley is also made of steel tubes with a diameter of Ø 26.9 x 1.75 mm, which are firmly welded to the base frame. These provide additional stability and safety for the load. Thanks to its swivel and powered fixed castors with TPE and PU tyres, the trolley offers high manoeuvrability and reliability. The load surface and walls are made of MDF wood-based panels with an attractive beech finish, while the powder coating in RAL 5010 gentian blue not only provides protection but also looks good.

Table trolley
The table trolley also offers a second loading surface, a robust construction made of tubular steel with a diameter of 26.9 x 1.75 mm and is equipped with swivel castors and powered fixed castors with TPE and PU tyres. The load surfaces are made of MDF wood-based panels with an attractive beech finish. The powder coating in RAL 5010 gentian blue provides additional durability.

How the BS-eTec works
The BS-eTec is driven by two fixed castors that take up almost the same space as classic fixed castors. Trolley operators can conveniently control payloads of up to 500 kilos using our intuitive cockpit handle. The thumb switch on the cockpit handle can be used to precisely control the support both forwards and backwards. The handle can be customised to suit individual requirements.
