We really get some careers rolling, such as our trainee Stacy Bader. The 29-year-old previously worked as an independent financial advisor for Postbank, but no longer saw any prospects there without training opportunities. After parental leave, the native of Wermelskirchen started with us and is currently completing her training in wholesale management.

"You learn a lot and there are a lot of nice people here," Bader sums up and continues to be extremely eager to learn. Her wish for the future at BS Rollen: To complete the apprenticeship very well and then do her business administration degree. Despite these ambitious goals, thanks to a good work-life balance, there is still more than enough time for her family consisting of her husband and daughter as well as a dog. She also enjoys her hobbies of reading and sports.
