Daniel Kocher: Your new sales force specialist for the South-West Germany region

Since the beginning of July, Mr Daniel Kocher has been supporting us as a new field sales consultant for the South-West Germany region. Mr Kocher has been active in the sale of products requiring explanation for almost 10 years. With this wealth of experience, he can optimally support his customers with all questions relating to wheels, Castors, conveyor technology and transport equipment. 

Wide-ranging experience 

Through his previous activities in the field of engineering plastics and rolling bearings and his further training as a technical business administrator, Mr Kocher was able to acquire extensive specialist knowledge. This wide-ranging experience enables him to understand his customers' needs perfectly and to respond to their individual requirements in the best possible way. 

Intensive familiarisation

Mr Kocher also received intensive training at our head office in Remscheid. This included an intensive familiarisation with our product range with over 12,000 article variants and our processes and sales procedures. He also accompanied his field sales colleagues on their tours. And he received a targeted handover of all customer-specific information for his new sales territory. 

Get to know each other personally 

To ensure an optimal start to the collaboration, Mr Kocher will introduce himself personally to his customers from the beginning of August. "Your success is my goal - and that's why I want to get to know my customers as quickly as possible and advise them individually," he emphasises.
