What Tanja Seidel likes about BS Rollen is the respectful interaction with each other and the team, into which she has been very well received. In addition, all her colleagues and superiors are always open and helpful and support her in her diverse tasks. As a real power woman, however, she doesn't just like to step on the accelerator at work - in her free time she rides a motorbike and e-bike to provide a good balance to the office.
