Sales meeting at BS Rollen: Becoming even more effective with team spirit

Efficient dialogue and optimal communication within the company are important to us in all areas! With this in mind, our semi-annual sales meeting was once again held in Dresden with the entire sales force, consisting of eight specialist consultants for Germany and one for Austria, as well as the management and sales management.

‘It was a tightly organised day,’ sums up Managing Director Bernd Schmahl. ‘But it was worth it to become even more effective as a team.’ After analysing the half-year turnover and discussing the achievement of targets for the individual sales areas, those present focused on the future direction. New products were on the agenda, as were upcoming marketing and sales topics. But not every topic had such strategic implications: the BS Rollen Christmas party has already been discussed and scheduled so that employees can once again look forward to a great event.

‘We wanted to further strengthen the overall team spirit,’ reports Bernd Schmahl. To this end, there was also a varied supporting programme to promote the exchange of ideas between the field sales colleagues, who otherwise act as ‘lone fighters on site’ in their sales territories, as well as with the management and sales management outside of day-to-day business. ‘We are proud of how strong the sense of community is in our company.’ The three most recent additions to the sales force also found the days together to be an excellent start to the team and felt very comfortable right from the start.
