They are where the threads in export sales come together: Anja Hagedorn-Schüler and Sandra Urbanek are our experts for customer service as well as order and document processing. Together, they act as contact persons for our international customers and are each responsible for individually assigned countries. In this way, we ensure that there are fixed contact persons for advice and that our export back office provides our well-known high level of service. 

 Ms Anja Hagedorn-Schüler joined us on 1 March 2024 and can draw on more than 30 years of experience in export. After successfully retraining as an office management assistant, Ms Sandra Urbanek joined the Export Sales department on 1 July 2024. As a mother of two small children, she currently works part-time. Both colleagues value the open and friendly working atmosphere, flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes at BS. They have also already got to know and love the great teamwork at our company.
