With various bearings: our castors - not only for event technology
"We offer the coveted castors for stage technology and co. not only in different sizes and variations, but also with different types of bearings. Possible equipment variants of the Blue Wheels include, for example, products with a plain or roller bearing or alternatively with a ball bearing, which ensures that the blue wheels run even more smoothly. This means that the castors can be perfectly configured in terms of their running characteristics, for example for event technology - depending on the requirements of the respective application. In this way, the transport, even of heavy equipment and goods, is even faster and easier. These castors are very well suited for many applications due to their individual configuration options.
Our Blue Wheels castor with total brake is equipped with a roller bearing, the wheel body itself is made of plastic. The fork, made of sheet steel, has a high degree of durability and also copes effortlessly with extreme conditions during transport".
Safe transport without wheel blockages: Blue Wheels with thread guard
In addition to the well-known features, we also offer the quiet castors with a thread guard. Here, conical discs prevent the wheels from being braked by hanging threads or other objects, which could wind themselves into the bearing. For this reason, the quiet castors are the optimal choice not only in the event sector, but also in many other areas of application, in order to transport goods reliably and safely. The thread guard also prevents coarser dirt from entering the bearing and blocking the wheels. While the wheel bodies are made of plastic, the tread of the castors for event technology is made of blue elastic rubber, which consists of a special compound. Depending on the product variant, each individual castor has a load capacity ranging from 120 kg to 400 kg.
