Furniture fittings such as castors with angle plate thus turn simple metal shelving units, which consist of L-profiles and cannot be fitted with conventional fixings, into mobile shelving units.
Furniture fittings with special fastening: Castors with angle plate
Furniture fittings with castors are not only easy to assemble, but also extremely practical, because corner fitting castors have a special fastening principle: they are fastened via an L-shaped angle plate that forms a corner with the base plate. They can be securely screwed to the respective unit to be moved via several slotted holes. Conventional fastenings are always made from below via pins, spigots, sleeves or plates. Corner fitting castors are therefore the ideal solution when standard fastening is not possible or not desired.
Corner fitting castors for mobile metal shelving units
Commercially available metal shelves are usually made of L-profiles and therefore cannot be fitted with castors in the normal way like other furniture fittings. However, castors with angle plates make this possible. They are provided with several holes and can therefore be perfectly and securely screwed to the shelf profiles.

Castors with angle plates can be used in many ways: They make raised beds or bar stools with wooden feet roll, make bed drawers and furniture mobile and can be used on wooden shelves as well as under boxes. The robust furniture fittings or castors are available with and without brakes. The wheel bodies are made of plastic, while the linings are made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber that does not chalk. The swivel castors with angle provide extra quiet and comfortable running via the plain bearing. The load capacity per castor is 40 kg.
