Gate rollers and sliding door rollers
Gate track rollers and gate bracket rollers relieve the gate bearing by guiding larger gates that are overhanging or heavy. This prevents the doors from sagging. The door rollers and the door frame rollers are located on the underside of the door or on the lower corner opposite the fitting side to provide support - in this way, a so-called underpinning takes place. During opening and closing, the door now rolls on the door support wheel, which gives it more stability. With a door roller, a wide variety of doors can be opened more easily, which also prevents wear on the opening fittings and prevents the door from warping.
Gate rollers: easy attachment to different gates
You can attach the gate track rollers and gate support rollers from our range to the common gate types made of wood or metal. The support rollers or telescopic rollers are simply screwed to the frame or upright of the door. Gate support rollers are used on sliding and rolling gates as well as on up-and-over gates. From garden and rail gates to yard and gate gates, each in single or double-leaf versions, flexible use is possible - in the design as a conventional or spring-loaded gate roller.
Door rollers with comfort suspension
With a spring travel of 60 mm, the spring-loaded door roller is ideal for use on uneven ground or on a slight incline on the opening path of the door. It levels the ground, buffers bumpy running and guides the door safely along the closing or opening path.
Door frame rollers for support
When heavy garden gates are hinged or support posts need to be relieved, gate support rollers provide the optimal support. These are extremely stable, support the gate and thus facilitate opening and closing.
Gate frame and gate rollers in robust quality
The gate frame and gate rollers in our range consist of a robust galvanised sheet steel housing with mounting holes for attachment. The spring-loaded gate roller has a spring travel of 60 mm. The rollers are available with either plastic or rubber wheels. Their load capacity is 50 - 70 kg per castor.
