Production at BS Rollen
The BS Rollen range is manufactured in our own tools - under permanent quality control by BS Rollen during the manufacturing process. Our quality representatives in production guarantee a high quality standard at a constant level.

We don´t need to talk about that, quality is a natural feature. For this reason, BS Rollen has of course been certified for many years in the fields of design, development, production, sale and distribution, currently in conformity with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our involvement for our customers is the basic value for our actions. Our demand for quality is thus a central part of our customer relationship. In our product development, material research and verification of technically relevant products in conformity with DIN EN 12527 – DIN EN 12533, we cooperated with the Technical College of Bielefeld, if and when necessary. The College carries out partial analyses in conformity with German standards DIN EN 1004 and DIN EN 840. Not only doing everything to keep our quality standards, we are continuously working to improve them further. Convincing products create convinced customers. That is what keeps us moving.
Development and custom manufacturing
With our technical competence and the practical know-how of our team, we continuously develop innovations - in material and design - which optimise the comfort and handling of our castors, wheels and transport systems in use at your site.
If you have requirements that our standard range cannot meet, we will of course also manufacture special designs as a special project for you. With our BS modular system, we respond to your individual wishes and special requirements at lightning speed. According to your ideas we develop design, drawing, the technical implementation in 2D and 3D, create prototypes, test in the test phase and go into production for you after series readiness.
