Ball transfer table
- Ball transfer tables are used to change the direction of the conveyed goods in a conveyor line, or to turn and move a package on all sides, e.g. at workstations.
- The ball transfer units act with a point load on the bottom of the conveyed goods. The conveyed goods must have a flat, hard, stable, clean and dry floor.
- The smallest item to be conveyed should rest on at least 3 rows of balls. (ball spacing x 3 = minimum length and width).
- The load capacity of the loose ball caster Ø 15 mm is 50kg. The ball tables offered in the table are suitable for conveyed goods with weights up to approx. 40 kg/each.
- Ball tables with ball Ø 22 mm can carry higher loads. Please always inform us of the actual weights.
