Wherever pallets have to be moved in the logistics area, pallet roller tracks facilitate the movement of the loaded pallets on paths that are repeated continuously. The rails with the rollers transport pallets in flow racks, flow storage systems and on floor tracks. They are the highly economical choice for pallet transport in intralogistics in industry and for logistics companies.
Easy manual transport with pallet roller tracks
Pallet roller tracks facilitate the linear transport of pallets, usually loaded ones. They transport pallets either perpendicular or parallel to the track, either by pushing the pallets to the next work station by hand or by automatically rolling them along the rail path to the next work aisle, on an inclined plane when used as a gravity roller conveyor. Installed in pallet racks, they often separate the storage and picking areas from one another. This increases work safety and is inexpensive.
Pallet roller tracks with simple rollers or with flange rollers
Pallet roller tracks can be equipped with different types of rollers. The standard steel rollers on which the pallets glide are cylindrical in shape. Wherever the palettes need to be guided, flange rollers are used in the outer rails to control the rolling route.
Different designs
The pallet roller tracks are arranged in a U-profile, which is fitted with rollers in different arrangements. An arrangement of 52 is used for transverse pallet transport. The rollers are individually fitted with ball-bearings for easy movement of the pallet. Their maintenance-free bearings offer a long service life. The rails can be attached to the substructure or the floor with two rows of holes on the profile floor. The pallet roller tracks are available in different lengths of up to approx. 6,006 mm.
The load capacity of the pallet roller tracks is 150 kg per track.
