Roller stands: flexible solution for many production areas
Roller stands find their ideal application in variable material feeding. Tubes and rods of different dimensions from ¾" to 16" and boards and plates can also be easily and uncomplicatedly fed in the production with roller stands. This ensures that long material is transported convincingly for processing and slides loosely over the carrier rollers or ball rollers. Roller stands are characterised by the fact that they are all quick to assemble and position and can also be quickly repositioned.
What are the advantages of roller stands?
Flexible roller stands offer the advantage of ensuring a safe and accurate supply of materials into the production process while taking up little space. For this reason, more and more companies from a wide variety of industries are now opting for this practical solution. In addition, automated processes can be supported even more specifically through the use of roller stands, among other things, which improves the workflow and thus productivity. In this way, you can optimally use the different variants to optimize the processes in your production and thus improve the profitability of the individual manufacturing processes.
Different versions of the material stands with castors
The roller transport functions are very different. The transport unit is made up of carrier rollers and/or ball rollers or all-side rollers mounted on one or more horizontal rails. Alternatively, V-shaped roller stands fix the material to be fed in the forming feed angle. This enables precise material feeding. Here, too, the transport unit can consist of carrying rollers or ball rollers. This allows you to quickly and easily determine the suitable variants for your areas of application and your company. The high flexibility of the various variants allows them to be used in all possible areas of application. Usually the material is fed via two or more roller stands, depending on the requirements of the raw product to be processed.
Since roller stands are designed for flexible use, they are usually easy to adjust. On the one hand they are height-adjustable, basically stepless, on the other hand they can be partly folded and are therefore space-saving storage and relocatable. Depending on the model, they stand on a stable two-leg construction or are designed as material stands with three legs. Many roller stands can be folded if required and can therefore be easily stowed between inserts or carried for flexible use on construction sites and in other areas of application. Variable load capacity: Material stand with castors for every application
The load capacity per roller stand is 100 / 200 kg depending on the model and material support, this is generally to be understood as a surface load over the entire support width. Roller stands with carrier rollers have roller widths of 200 - 600 mm and height adjustments are possible between 630 - 1197 mm. This makes it possible to feed even heavier products safely to the respective working area using the various variants.
