Wheel roller tracks and rails
In logistics, light goods are moved by wheel roller tracks. Cardboard boxes, storage or order picking containers or transport boxes slide over roller wheel tracks. The slim tracks are used in flow racks, for packing and order picking tables or to connect workstations and facilitate transport on routes that are repeated continuously. Depending on the design, they serve as guide rails, are installed in packaging machines or form the guides for drive belts. This makes them extremely universally applicable in industry and for logistics companies.
Easy manual transport with roller wheel tracks
Wheel tracks facilitate the linear transport of light goods in cardboard boxes, as packages or in a wide variety of conveying containers. The goods to be conveyed automatically roll on an inclined plane along the track route to the next work aisle. Installed in flow racks, they separate the loading and unloading/picking areas from one another. This increases work safety and is inexpensive.
Wheel tracks with simple rollers or flange rollers
Wheel tracks can be equipped with different rollers. The standard steel rollers are cylindrical in shape and the conveyed goods glide on them. Wherever the goods need to be guided, flange rollers are used in the outer rails to control the rolling route.
Different designs with wheels, rollers and omnidirectional rollers
Wheel tracks consist of a U-profile, which is equipped with rollers in different groupings and designs: plastic wheels, highly conductive plastic, plastic flange wheels, omnidirectional wheels, small wheels or flange track wheels made of galvanised steel in various diameters.
The rollers are individually slide-mounted for easy running. The maintenance-free bearings offer a long service life. The strips can be attached to the substructure with a row of holes on the profile floor. Wheel tracks are available in different lengths of up to approx. 6500 mm.
