Do you need different axle variants for certain idlers - with internal thread, smooth axle end or spanner flat? Depending on the design of the roller conveyor, idlers with axles are required in different variants. Six different axle variants make it possible to equip roller conveyors with the most diverse designs. A distinction is made between two types of axles: loose axles and fixed axles.
Loose axles are axles with a smooth end, a spanner flat or spring axles. These can be easily mounted and dismounted or replaced. Fixed axles have an approx. 65 % higher load capacity, as they are firmly bolted to the track frame of the idlers. However, this also results in a higher assembly effort. The following variants also belong to the braced axles:
- Axles with external thread
- Axles with external thread and stepped axle
- Axles with internal thread
- Of course, we also supply special versions for special rollers with axles.
