Powered conveyor rollers for easy transport
When it comes to active unit handling and not gravity, powered idlers are the solution. On roller conveyors, they transport a wide variety of goods, containers, workpiece carriers, boxes, cartons, but also mesh boxes and pallets. They transport the respective goods either at a defined conveying speed or against the direction of gravity. The transport via driven idlers is effected by a single or double sprocket drive. Products of all kinds can be transported with the driven sliding conveyors - from cartons or packages at logistics service providers to totes or barrels.

Conveyor rollers with drive in different versions
Powered conveyor rollers are suitable for the active transport of goods and are available from us in a wide range of variations. In our range you will find versions with plastic tubes, bare and galvanised steel tubes as well as with tubes made of aluminium and stainless steel. The conveyor rollers are usually driven - depending on the design - by a chain wheel (single or double), the teeth of which are made of plastic or steel. These are optionally available as a fixed drive with press fit (for use with continuous conveying), welded or as an accumulator drive.
